Please book as far in advance as possible. There are many time sensitive things that need to take place prior to the session. Santa sends a personalized letter to the children inviting them to the session. Also, we coordinate a gift for Santa to give out of his big red bag.

The session fee is $525 and includes 15 Digital Files for download (w/ Print release) from your on-line viewing gallery. A $100 retainer is due to book your session and your balance (including any upgrades) is due 24 hours before your session. The online viewing gallery is emailed within 2 weeks of your session. Expedited (3 day delivery) and Rush (7 day) gallery delivery is available as an optional add-on. Full gallery upgrades with a complimentary print credit are available as a pre-purchase for a discount. A Full gallery upgrade is available after your viewing gallery is delivered, but it will be at a higher price and will not include a print credit.

Yes! You will have the option to get family images , individual of the children, and sibling shots – all with and without Santa. Parents are welcome to join in on the Magical Experience as well, becoming one of Santa’s Candy Cane Crew!

Your viewing gallery will be available within 14 days (2 weeks) of your session. You will have 1 week (7 days) after gallery delivery to choose your final images or upgrade to the full gallery ($200 as a pre-purchased add-on w/ a $50 print credit, or for $300 after your session and no print credit). After this time, your gallery will be archived. If your selections are not made by this time, a $50 unarchival fee will be applied to re-open your gallery, No exceptions! This is a VERY busy time of year

Your session includes 15 deliverable Hi-resolution digital downloads from your viewing gallery w/ print release. Your viewing gallery will have at least 25 final images from your session from which to choose your 15 included images. Your gallery is also tied to a store filled with beautiful artwork and keepsakes. While your session does not include prints as part of the session fee, you will receive a code for 20% off a la carte print items for purchase within your gallery store. Your discount can be used in the gallery store for keepsakes, art, albums, and prints. Special upgrades will be available for pre-purchase only at the time of booking.

The Storybook Album is a personalized and custom album filled with images from your session, set to a unique story. It is truly a one of a kind gift your child will enjoy for years to come, and will be a keepsake they can even share with their children years from now!

Your session is a full 25 minutes. I kindly ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to ensure faces are wiped, clothes/shoes are on, and everyone is ready to be photographed at their designated time. No Additional time will be given for late arrivals and time will be deducted from your session. If a client is later than 15 minutes, their session is considered canceled, and the session retainer fee is forfeited. You may use your remaining session balance toward another session, and additional fees may be owed for a new session date.

Unfortunately, this can happen. However, I do provide my clients with a preparation guide to best prepare them for meeting the big guy! I will never force your child to interact with Santa, especially when they are visibly upset. I will not compromise the child’s well-being for a photograph. I will ask Santa to leave the session area and we will resume the session without him. No refunds will be given in this instance. Please consider booking a different session without Santa if your child is going through a period of stranger danger or has had adverse reactions to Santa or other costumed characters within the past 6 months or so (such as at Sesame place, Disney, etc. for instance).

If you cannot attend your session, you may sell or gift your seat to another family, or move to another available session date/time (if available). Please notify April Ludwig Photography via email within 72 hours before the session with any changes. Your retainer fee is non-refundable but can be used towards another session if at least 72 hours notice is given. Less than 72 hours’ notice and your retainer fee is forfeited
